I designed, built, and trained the chatbot using pre-collected FAQ data, product info, and common customer objections. I integrated it directly into the website using Tawk.to and connected it to the lead capture system using native tools and manual routing. Within weeks, it was handling quote requests, answering product questions, and qualifying potential customers — saving hours of manual follow-up and dramatically improving response times.
